Diagnostic Menu - fault codes

Diagnostic Menu - fault codes
Today I tried to access the hidden menu by pressing the info button and switching on and off the park lights four times, as explained in previous threads.
Btw, I found it mentioned for another RX version and model year, but it did work also on my 2008 400h, just in case anyone would want to try it.
In fact, I'm not posting this in the hybrid section because I don't think it's something H-specific.
Anyway, I actually didn't find anything in it worth writing home about.
The only thing which made me curious are a couple of pages showing some error codes.
The first pic below is the one accessible through the "Service Check" option of the main menu, and the other two came up pressing the respective "CHECK" orange buttons.
Now, is there anyone who has the faintest idea of what the fault codes mean?
Fwiw, the car is loaded with everything aside from the rear DVD, and all gadgets seems to be running just fine...

That link is a download link for diagnostic codes for a prius, but I think it would be the same for the RX.
If everything is working fine, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. It almost seems to be more of a log then anything.

What the Hell is that?? Hahahahaha!

Actually, even if the codes look quite similar, the descriptions (and their numbering) are a bit cryptic.
I can see how "my" codes match one "category" of codes, but I struggle to associate to them one more specific description.
For instance, the very first code in the page you linked is O1-D5, which is also the first in my second pic above.
As I understand, the category is "absence of registration unit", but I can't see how to match my "Sub Codes" with those in that doc....
Oh well, I guess you're right in suggesting to not bother a lot about all that!

not 100% sure but I think you can get the codes from techstream?

You might find something here of help:

They make more expensive OBDII scanners, but if you have an Android device or a Bluetooth capable computer there are enough free and/or cheap software packages for most individual's needs.

I also have a bluetooth OBDII interface, and an Android phone with the Torque app.
It does work with my 400h, but it never showed any fault code, while the hidden nav screen menu brought up those in the above pics.
I suppose it's because those generic apps are only good for the more basic parameters.
In fact, the app in theory should read the oil temperature (both engine and transmission), but it doesn't work. Coolant temp works fine, instead.
