2008 RH 400 no audio for phone
Just had the battery changed in my '08 RH 400 and cannot get the phone speaker to work. It appears to connect but no sound. On the nav screen, the audio button shows as "no audio" but when I try to press the screen it does not turn on. Is there a workaround for this?
thanks

I honestly cannot comment with certainty as to how to troubleshoot this, as I do not have the navigation system in my RX. So take all this with a grain of salt. Perhaps someone here may be able to help more that I can.
Regardless, I would start by first rebooting your phone. Then I would try unpairing and then repairing your phone to the car. If that doesn't fix it, then I would try pairing another phone to car (if you have access to one, maybe borrow a friend's phone?) and see if still does the same thing. If the other phone works fine, then you know it is something with your phone. If the other phone does the same thing, I would then unhook the car battery for about 20-30 mins, which will let everything on the car reset. Reconnect the battery, start the car up, and see if that fixed anything. If that didn't do anything, then I don't know where to go from there, other than to start replacing parts.
Note: When you disconnect and reconnect the battery, you will have to reset the windows and moonroof. Search the forum or consult your owner's manual for instructions.
