won't crank

Default won't crank

I have a 2006 RX330 it shut down while driving down the highway, so I got it towed to my house saw it wasn't getting fuel and didn't hear fuel pump turn on at all so replaced it. That didn't not fix the problem. Needing help on where to look next

if it wont crank, did you check the starter? or starter relay?

Have you checked for codes? When you say no crank noithing is happening when you turn the key?
How did you check for no fuel? More info will help you in a direction

Well you need air, fuel, spark...did you check to see if you have spark?

Was my guess, but I did not say anything because it was just that... a guess. Not enough info. Not enough of an explanation from the OP. "Won't crank" does not say very much.

Fuel pump is not designed to run when the key is inserted. More going on there.

Lol, yeah won't crank is very vauge, not much info to even start heading in any particular direction. A bunch of guesses wouldn't help out very much

I'm new posting here I thought I would get an email saying someone has posted guess not. The engine will turn over just will not run. The timing belt had been replaced and still is in great condition. I was looking behind the seat at a function box and one of the leads is burnt and I can find no where what it really does. I disconnected it and you could not lock the doors and several other this I was wondering if it had something to do with no fuel getting to motor.

First thing to do is use an ODBII Scanner to check for trouble codes.

Am going to guess there is more going on as I do not think that junction box does anything with the fuel pump. Have a look at this existing thread:

BTW, how can you tell the timing belt is in good condition?

The timing belt is good bc we started it with starter fluid and it ran fine also we replaced the crankshaft sensor with no joy
