My car is RHD so I think they were all made in Japan? The headlights on my car are 'yellow tint', not blue, and the rear taillights all appear to be standard colours - maybe that's a UK/EU regulatory issue?
The plastic spoiler bit is body coloured, though.

Very well could be possible. All 400h and most Lexus hybrids were made in Japan only until recently
