Hi ladies and gents,
I am a Lexus RX330 owner in Brunei and the only Lexus dealership here sucks. To the point that they won't even accept my car for its periodic servicings just because I did not buy the car NEW from them. I have been having trouble with my steering, there seem to be play on it whenever I drive the car. Yesterday I took the car for wheel alignment and the mechanic said my steering rack bushings were bad so they could not proceed doing the alignment until I have replaced the bushings.
Anyway, I have been searching high and low on the internet for the part but came to realise that Lexus/aftermarkets do not offer just the bushings - I would have to buy the whole R&P. My questions:
1) Do you know where I can purchase JUST the bushings online? If not, where can I get the blueprint/specs so that I can have it made at a machine shop here?
2) Do I just need 2 Qty bushings for the steering rack or more?
Thanks in advance!
