Dash Rattle

Hey there,
I own a 2011 IS350 RWD. My 4 year warranty just expired. So when it comes to rattles, the 4yr/50k miles no longer cover my rattle concern.
I spent about my 3rd year on a rattle that seems like only occurs when its cold. I live in southern california, so its usually pretty warm. But on cold days/morning, this rattle between the dash will come and it sounds like a bolt is loose, and is moving around or something like that along the lines of that.
So right before my 4th year mark came, I brought it in one last time to hope they can get rid of it.
Once I got the car back, it was during winter.. so it still happened, but instead it was a lot louder than before.
Is there anything I can do? Since I've been trying to bring it in to get it checked out for a good year, I'm hoping there's a way for the dealership to honor that one concern I have with my IS.
Other than this rattle, I love my car. The rattle can get pretty bad/annoying especially when you're on a phone call.
I bring this issue up during every oil change to get it checked out.

I am sorry to hear about your vehicle concerns. Our procedure for out-of-warranty assistance is that you have your vehicle inspected at a Lexus dealership, so that our technicians may diagnosis the concern and provide an estimate for repair. Since the vehicle is outside of warranty, our dealerships do charge a diagnostic fee At this time, Lexus cannot commit to any out-of-warranty assistance until vehicle has been inspected. Even though your vehicle is outside of warranty, Lexus will still review your concerns, but I cannot provide any guarantees for assistance. Once an estimate is prepared please PM me here or contact us by phone here: http://www.lexus.com/contact/ we will have one of our Case Managers review and follow-up accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this information may cause.

Hi Lang,
There is bulletin, for dash rattle. I've brought my car 4 times (IS F 2010), until they fixed it. My Lexus Dealer in Brossard, Canada is just great![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Hopefully, when they'll find out that they've missed the bulletin, they'll fix your car for free.
Good luck.
