Hey guys i have a 05 lexus rx330, i bought it in december 2014. And the dealership replace the left headlight assembly because the headlight was foggy and watery and it wasnt turning on. And now 5 months later, the light is on and flickering, and later after 10 seconds it turn off. Does anyone know whats wrong? Thanks guys

HID or halogen? If it's HID, then your ballast likely got damaged over time due to the condensation/moisture. Unfortunately, the ballast is located at the bottom of the headlight housing, where the moisture and water collects.

Its all stock. I think its hid correct? And my headlight have afs too. Idk i think they should have like 1 years parts warranty something like that correct?

Correct, if AFS, then the headlights are HID. You might want to contact your local service department and/or bring it in to have them diagnose the flickering.
