I'm dealing with exactly the same issue in my 2007 RX350 FWD. I've replaced everything you've replaced and while I was switching out my winter tires for summer tires yesterday I noticed what I think may be the culprit. If I've identified it correctly, I believe it is the subframe bushing that is worn which is allowing movement between the frame and the subframe in the rear. I'm investigating whether this can be replaced with the subframe still on the car. To remove the subframe and replace the bushings at a shop would cost more than the car is worth at this point.

The part that I THINK needs to be replaced is 52271D in this diagram:

What would it take to replace this part? Is it just two bolts. I'm getting this rear clunking as well. Must be a common defect.
