Lexus Event Alameda Point 03-30-03
#16
Well the deal fell through and the Lexus dealer wouldn't budge on negotiations. Even when I was trying to buy 2 RX330s and get them off their lot. So to hell with them, my wife is going to keep the 99 RX300 and I picked up a Pilot EX-L tonight. Much more roomier on the inside anyways. Plus I can buy it for way cheaper than I could lease a new RX330.

Looks like Lexus is saving the mugs for the folks who were registered for the rained out San Juan Capistrano Event. I received a UPS delivery today from Lexus Headquarters that included the mug , a SUV DVD video brochure, 2 Lexus magazines and an apology letter for the cancellation of the event. Lexus is really a first class company.

RoRo,
My deal sort of fell through too. I have a 2001 Nav with DVD entertainment and I said to the dealer, if we can negotiate and I fork out up to $5000, then they'll have a deal with trade in. To my shock, my car is only worth $26500. I paid more than double that with all options so I'll just wait.
