Maintenance Light is Flashing
Maintenance light is Flashing on and off after initial startup, could it be that its trying to tell me its time to change oil or could it be something else.
It is time to change my oil based on the mileage that it was last changed.
Any ideas?

That light will come on every 5K miles to remind to do the maintenance, inspection and oil change. You can reset it yourself as follows:
Make sure the odometer is set to total miles not trip. With the key in the off position, push in and hold the odometer button (ODO). Turn the key to the on position without starting the car. Continue to hold in the odometer reset button until the maintenance required light goes off (about 20 seconds).

Well thats good to know, I have to take it to the dealer to get my one time free oil change. Do they charge me labor for my free oil change, just wondering.

It looks like everyone solved your issue. In case it comes up again, bluetooth OBD scanners are pretty cheap. I bought the one linked below and I use Torque for android to check my codes. With this setup I can check and reset codes while driving, check parameters (temp, fueleconomy, gps speed, and a ton of others I have no idea what they are for), and use different for pay plugins.
I've found it to be so useful, I have a scanner in all three of my cars. When I drive one, I sync my phone too it (like 30 seconds of my life) and have all the data at the ready. I really like that no matter where I am, I do not have to worry about "Holly Crikies, my engine is about to explode" because I can easily check the code.
