Rx 330 bucks, jerks when reapply accelerator after short coasting on Highway
Hey Folks, not sure if anyone else experienced this but when I'm driving at Highway speeds, if I let go of the accelerator to coast and then reapply the accelerator, I get a jerking, bucking sensation. It's only at high speeds over 60 mph or so. I'm only coasting for a second or two, not long at all.
Otherwise the transmission works well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
I have an 04 Rx330 with 133k miles and recently changed my spark plugs but did not experience what the OP was describing. Here is a pic of what a few of my spark plugs looked like compared to the new one.

I have a 2005 awd with 126k miles. I bought it used last year and had no issues so far.
So how much would replacing the spark plugs run? Not sure if mine were ever replaced.
I bought my spark plugs from autozone NGK which came pre-gapped. I bought the plenum gasket and pcv valve from toyota. While I was in there, I went ahead and did the thermostat because it was leaking. I would say I spent around $120 for the spark plugs, pcv valve and plenum gasket. If you're valve covers are leaking, this would be the ideal time to change out the rear valve cover gasket. I called my local toyota dealership and they wanted $350 +tax just for the spark plugs.

So with the new spark plugs did you notice better engine performance, gas mileage?
Nope. After all the maintenance I haven't seen any increase in gas mileage or anything else for that matter. Drives smooth as ever with the new Michelin tires I just put on. Its like a brand new car again
