No my tires have been checked extensively and road forced balanced. The problem started on a recent trip to Las Vegas. On the hwy and a few hours into my trip and the vibrations starts.

Start from more common and go from there:

Rotors
Tires
Wheels
Control arm bushings
Bad bearing

Ok I will. Brake rotors can make your vehicle shake when not applying the pedal? Just asking

That is likely not it but i threw it in there. Also check tie rod ends.

I did a thread on control arm bushings. I have a similar vibration 65-75mph. I also did struts, axles and new rotors. I will soon do steering rack which is common failure on these cars but i dont think its the cause of tje vibration.

I still have factory tie rods and bearings. 140k miles on mine.

If u figure it out report back.

If shake when you applying the brake in high speed then definitely your rotors, happened to my 05 changed rotors and the problem gone away, you might as well change your the pads since your already there.

Try the least expensive first Tires, Wheels if the problem still occur then I guess you have to bring to the dealership or local auto shop. Good luck and let us know the findings

Does the shaking change if you swap the wheels between front/back?

Good question. I was going to ask him if he feels it in the steering wheel or the driver's seat.

Been there done that. Lol.
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...on-solved.html

It was the tires.

First check all bushings and ball joints. Do the tire test. Witht he wheel up in the air a bit grab the 9/3 o'clock position on the wheel and shake side to side. Then 12/6 do the same. Start there.
