I have a 2007 Lexus RX350 with HID headlights. My drivers side headlight has failed and I need to fix this asap. I tried to replaced the bulb but it will power on and then dim out after a few seconds.

Can someone help with a part# for the ballast?

 

Search, type in HID Ballast, put in your model and year. You will end up with a "Denso" ballast.

Also, don't forget that there was a warranty enhancement for the headlight assemblies with condensation in them. I recently purchased a 2007 RX350 and the driver's side headlight went out. Did some research here and discovered the warranty enhancement, made an appt with the dealer and took it in for inspection and they saw the condensation and installed a new headlight assembly at no cost to me. Might be worth the inspection time if you have any condensation and qualify for the warranty.
