Default 2004 RX 330 AWD Driveshaft problem

My RX 330 has 246,000 miles and just started making a squeaking noise in reverse only when cold. I was told it may be one of the CV joints and the only remedy is to replace the driveshaft.

Has anyone else had this issue, or had to replace a driveshaft? Are there any aftermarket driveshafts for this model?

Squeaking noise?. Sometimes brakes do that, especially when the metal sensor becomes in contact with the surface of the rotors indicating it is time to replace brake pads.

you dont necessarily need to replace the driveshaft. Its a possibility that its the carrier/center support bearing going bad.
