Paint Job Quote for my 04RX330
I had fading issues on my hood and fenders, looks like work done on them prior to my purchase (used). It has been 2 years since the RX was kicked out of the garage for the Miata. Took the toll and paint quality went south.
I had this work quoted from a very reliable shop (had 2 Lexus repairs done from them):
1. Hood stripped and re-painted.
2. LH and RH Fender, re-spray.
3. FRT Bumper re-spray.
4. 2 door side moldings (Lh and RH) re-spray to match (faded).
1 week and $1,500
Fair Quote?

I've only ever had my hood repainted on the RX (rock chips from much highway time), and it was a fade-in and not a complete strip down. That one ran me just shy of $600, so yours seems fair. You can always remove all the panels yourself and just drop them off for the strip and spray to save some cash on labor.
