sticky driver seat

My brother didn't follow instructions. He put leather cleaning solution directly on the leather and with a toothbrush scrubbed the leather. The cleaning solution ate away some of the clear coat and some of the color dye.
The driver seat is now sticky even after he put some leather conditioner. Any idea what I can do to restore to factory or fix this so it will not be sticky. The condition helps but as soon as the seat is heated or my shorts are a bit warm, it start to stick to the seat.
