Welcome to Club Lexus.

In order to get proper help and for the sake of others [that is the bigger purpose of the Forum], please title the thread properly. I as a mod can not alter the title.
Also your post is being moved to the right forum.

With modern engines, the computer controls the idle.

As long as the warmed up idle is around 725 rpm and you are not getting any CEL, I would leave the system alone.

If you still would like to do something, make sure the MAF is clean [use proper/safe cleaner]. Make sure your air cleaner is fresh.

Have your throttle body cleaned and MAF cleaned. This will help. Check for vacuum leaks.

I would follow Salim's recommendations, let it go...
as a comparison, my 05 RX330 starts up at 1500 RPMs (it's still freezing temperatures in the Great White North) then settles down to around 750 RPMs once warmed up... No CELs, nothing to worry about.
Although a MAF Sensor & Throttle Body cleaning wouldn't hurt, one of my next DIY projects to strive for better fuel economy, as soon as the weather permits.
