We have been having a problem where the 3 passenger doors will not unlock with the key fob or manual switch. Sometimes they would not unlock and other times they would work until after several months they would never unlock. I was told I needed a new Main Body ECU by the dealership at a cost of about $1500 CAD to fix this. I took apart the ECU today and found a relay inside of it on the top right hand side (when installed in the car) marked P4CP012W1. You need to remove the relays and 2 x 30 amp fuses from the outside of the case, and inside the case is 5 relays. On the larger relay marked P4CP012W1 I cut the case off and cleaned the contacts and got it working again. Getting the ECU out is ok, lots of connectors and 3 or 4 (depending on how you do it) x 10 mm nuts, However, cutting the case off this small relay is difficult and I would not recommend doing this yourself unless you have a fair bit of experience doing these things. The relay can be found on line from china for about $14 including shipping. It took a long time to figure this out so I hope this helps someone else.

Hi,
The ECU is in the centre of the photo here. I am guessing you want a photo of the inside of the ECU.
Its not as bad as it looks to remove. The connectors will only go back in one way so you can't mess them up.
The broken relay is on the very top right of the ecu control box when looking at it from the steering wheel forward.
