Default Still getting P0352/VSC Off After Replacing Ignition Coil

So my mom's car had the engine light on and the VSC off light flashing (along with another light on). I took it to autozone, had them scan the code, they gave me P0352 which is Ignition Coil #2. I went to the Toyota dealership, purchased a new one for $110, and replaced it. She is still getting these error codes. Every time I reset the lights by unplugging the battery, they come back in about 2 days.

It may also be worth noting this: about a week before I replaced her engine air filter. When replacing the ignition coil, I notice the second tab wasn't inserted all the way in, leaving a very small crack/gap on the edge. I opened it back up and closed it again making sure there were no cracks. Could there have been damaged caused by this?

Any help is appreciated, not sure how to proceed as when I scanned the codes at Autozone again its the same P0352 error. Hard to believe that a brand new ignition coil from the dealership is bad but I guess it's a possibility..

Try swapping coils with another cylinder. If it comes back, try swapping spark plugs
