I have looked everywhere and I cannot find the keys for Wheel locks on my rx330. I believe these are gorilla wheel locks. I also do not have the registration number and the dealer has no records of selling to the original buyer of the car. I have seen videos of folks using a breaker bar. What size socket would I need to use with a hammer to forcefully remove these? Here is a picture.

I would just measure across & use a socket slightly smaller in size.

Go to a place like Discount Tire and ask them to take the locking lug off. They have all those keys. Then buy some non-locking lug nuts.
