Default Replacing factory installed navigation

Hi, I have 2005 RX 330. Is there a way to replace the Old navigation (touch screen also controls A/C) with something newer. Also I have a single CD player and a cassette player (yes that's right!) Is there a product (or products) to replace them this MP3 etc. Thanks

To physically replace the Navigation System with a newer version, the short answer is no, as the Navigation Screen is just that, a Screen.
The computer for the screen is located in the cargo area, although there are many add on options with current technology available.
You could also replace the Stereo System with current technology including a DVD player & a Navigation system.
