I had to replace my filler neck on my 2007 but mine was cracked on the small hose nipple to the left of the radiator cap in your picture. I believe I got the replacement at rockauto, easy job and inexpensive. There is a gasket in the neck that I suppose could leak. But as the others say, you may need a radiator. You could try cleaning that area up and keep a close eye on it to see if you can pinpoint the leak.

Agree clean it up and find out where it is coming from, the leak. If you see a crack on the radiator, you will need to replace the whole radiator, which should not be a bad job, or else get a shop to do it for you. I did not know that the filler neck is a separate part from the radiator itself.

Does anyone know why Lexus decided to make a replaceable neck, a $17 dollar part on the radiator, where the cap goes, for almost every year other than a few around 2011.
So odd. A thousand threads no answer.

Bolt squeezes rubber for a perfect fit Then I put some stop leak in. Since I’m OCD about doing things right on cars I’ll be ordering a new radiator, thermostat and fluid. Car was assembled in Canada had tow package. Oil leak from right behind oil change element. Either rear seal, oil cooler lines or hopefully just a pan gasket.
