Cool RX330 Help - Rear Window Leaks and Main Engine Fan Staying On

Brand new owner of a 2004 Lexus RX330,

Wondering if anyone has head of the rear window spray leaking inside the car on the A-Pillar where the speaker is?

Next I am wondering if anyone has heard of the main engine fan staying on at night while the car is completely off? All while the car is going into panic mode to notify me that my car is dying.

I currently think that the two problems could be linked due to the fact that there is a lot of wiring and such inside the A-Pillar and below, if the rear window spray has been leaking then I may have some wiring/electrical problems.

Thanks for the help,
Mike

The fan staying on could be the fan control module going bad. There have been a few threads where that module has gone bad.
