Say what? The 8000K is the color temperature on the Kelvin scale. It has nothing to do with the amount of light that is measured in lumens. The two are independent.
You are correct and it has 0 relevancy to what I am talking about human beings physically see more usable light at 4300k the higher the scale you go up the less usable light human beings can physically see.
