Default Exhaust Noise/ Motor Mount Issue

Has anyone here had a motor mount issue? I had a rattle on hard acceleration and initial start up and saw that the exhaust was hitting the cross member. The exhaust shop said this was due to the motor mounts being shot (not a thorough inspection, just saw the exhaust pipe hitting the body of the car).

Does this mean all the mounts are bad, or is there a way to pinpoint which one is bad (there are 4 below and one above).

I priced out 4 mounts from MyLParts.com and it was $567. The car is a 2008 awd with 132k. Any input would be great, thanks.

Figured I'd update this because I couldn't find anything except on Highlander's. It was the gasket between the front pipe that caused the two pipes to hit one another causing a very loud rattle/thud noise. From what I understand, it's the Rx's equivalent of a flexpipe.
