As per the title how do I remove the front kick panels?

From the pics, if this is it, seems straight forward. If it's a screw, you will know what to do, and there are basically 3 types of plastic fasteners: philips head, push (round center you push in to release), and if there is a center strip, you push that in to get it to pop out with a flathead.

If you are talking about the kick panels in the drivers and passenger footwell, you need to remove the bottom door sill first. The door sill is held by clips and there is the wiring plug for the LED Lexus symbol so be careful. Once that is out the kick should be just held by clips, check to the far back right of the sill if there is a plastic push nut. They're not common on Lexus but very common on Toyota.
