Suspention Conversation problems
2004 RX330 120,000 miles, Jerry Durrant toyota dealer in Granbury TX converted from hi low ride OEM air ride struts to standard coil and shock because bags were leaking and they wanted $6,300 for OEM replacement, included were the axles and the left front bearing when I got it back the front end was noticeably an inch higher than the rear and there was a shake in the front end and some knocking. They took it back and replaced the axles again. Now shake is much less but still noticeable when I turn sharp, highway speeds it’s smooth any advice?

They did do an alignment, the service rep said that the after market remanufactured axles are smaller than OEM and that is causing the shake and that they are not going to replace them again because that’s what the warrentee company’s authorized, well I was furious he said I’ll get used to it, so I demanded to see a manager and he pretty much told me the same thing, well I refused to accept that and that they will fix this because that’s what I paid them to do. That day I submitted a BBB complaint and a few days later I called and the manager Doug Hall said Im not going to do anything but respond to your complaint. Two days later he called me and now he said we found remanufactured Lexus axles and will install them. We’ll see if that fixes it, im leaving the suspension like it is I’m fine with the front end being slightly taller than the back and they’re saying that’s not what is causing the problem anyway.
