I hear a poping and sometimes creaking sounds from my lexus rx330 whenever i am off road or on a rough road. The noises come from the bottom. it appears its from the chassis and the body and it comes from all four side of the car. Anyone experience this before ?

Sway bars on other vehicles. Usually the bushings get worn (they're hard rubber, about two-per-sway-bar) which can introduce creaking noises. I've gone and replaced others with with Energy Suspension bushings in the past, but have greased the ones to see if that really is the source of noise - and it was.

So a cheap check would be to simply loosen them up, grease them, put them back on, and see if the noise goes away. If it does, then consider replacing them.
