Default 2007 RX400H - Help Upgrading 12V Battery Charging Cable?

Hello,
I am attempting to upgrade the guage of wire that leads from the inverter to the 12 volt battery (as well as ground wires). I am running a fairly large subwoofer system and the 16awg battery charging wire is an unacceptable size for safe and efficient current draw.
I'm aware that the inverter runs to a fuse box (maybe a relay as well) before reaching the battery. I would prefer to learn the fuse size and bypass the factory fuse box and install my own in-line fuse in parallel with the original wire to retain any voltage sensors, etc. I also can't find the charging system fuse. All of the labels are under a generic "hybrid system" label. At the end of the day, I don't even know where the wire off of the inverter is that I need. Any feedback or better ideas? There are 4 main wires

The 2 amplifiers draw up to 40 Amps
