There are after market modules that connect to the radio that will allow bluetooth and things like iPods and XM radio to be added, probably in the $50 to $100 range. Go to Crutchfield.com and check them out.
You could also replace the radio head unit with a radio that offers bluetooth, USB, hands free phone, GPS, etc. Of course replacing the head unit would be more expensive, but maybe all those other features appeal to you..

1. option 1. Do you have Aux jack? KNIVO adapter, $35 Amazon, works superbly well for streaming, is rather inconspicuous and can be installed unobtrusively. It works quite decent as hands free calling also. I have 2 of them. No SW controls analog on it though.
2. You might as well have OEM harness connector for OEM BT module, as manufacturers tend to place one harness across the lineup and then simply tape unused ones. But then you need BT compatible head unit, etc.
3. Install AM BT adapter. To make it SW compatible you'll need SW adapter add on and SW controls already in place. You can chance with cheapo something and hope that it works. Otherwise, quality items like GROM products, will run you into close to $300 plus install. But they are P&P and quality.
Question also is - what exactly do you need BT for? Intended use? Hands free calling? You'd be better off with earbuds with microphone, connected to phone. It's only in movies guy drives convertible and clearly speaks hands free. Streaming audio?

FYI, I just installed a GTA Car Kit system in my wifes 04 RX330. The reviews were great. HOWEVER, the system does not work as advertised. The customer service is not good and I ended up calling my Credit Card company and filing a payment dispute and mailed it back to them. My credit card company is returning my money.
I am ordering a aftermarket stereo with all the new functions like music streaming and hands free calling. I am ordering it online through Crutchfield. The kit, stereo and even having them connect the stereo wiring to the kit wiring. It will literally be a no brain install. $260.00 bucks.
I would stay away from gimmick plug and play systems and stick with real technology.
Good Luck
