Default A2DP Audio setup

Can someone give me some details on the Grom, USA Spec, or other bluetooth/aux adapter for there Lexus (preferably 2nd gen RX). Also want to know if these devices are not using up extra electricity once the car is off... I have heard some brands draining power even with the vehicle off. If you have links to preferred products, could you name them or link them. Right now the setup is Aux cassette, but it is time for me to upgrade.

I am using a GROM IPD4 with bluetooth adapter on my 2005 RX330 w/Nav (no ML). And I love it as it keeps the car looking factory. I hid the bluetooth mic in the map lights and added a USB port replacing power outlet/cigarette lighter is by the shifter. As far as I know, it is not on without the radio on as I used the T-Harness which I believe gets power through the radio and not the 12V constant line, problem is I installed it and cleaned up without testing it. But so far no issues with my battery.
