I would like to drive this until 200K if possible. Any recommended service items beyond normal maintenance tasks? I can think of several possible ones.
- Coolant flash, necessary?
- Water Tank change
- Spark Plug replace
- Transmission oil, necessary?
- Rear differential fluid, necessary?
- transfer case fluid, necessary?
- Anything more?
Thanks in advance!

Coolant, spark plugs, rear diff, and transfer case all have set service intervals, check your manual.
Trans has no interval but I'd do it on a regular schedule.
Some have recommmeded water pump as preventative maintenance on the 350, mine failed before 100k.
Power steering fluid and brake fluid changes are good preventative maintenance.
If it's a 350, replace the oil cooler hose with the updated all metal part.
If it's a 400h then there are different items I'm not familiar with (one being timing belt).

My wife 08 RX350 has 120K miles now and all the following has been done in the past 3 years, except Spark Plugs and rear 3 coils which has not been replace yet.
Spent close to $2,200 to have all of those things done by my mechanic and I buy all OEM parts online. The RX is still running smoothly.
- Transmission oil drain and refill every year. Transmission filter replaced at 110K miles.
- Rear differential fluid drain and refill at 95K miles
- transfer case fluid drain and refill (maybe part of transmission fluid drain and refill)
- new OEM brake pads and rotors and brake fluid flush at 110K miles.
- new OEM radiators and thermostats replaced with Coolant flush at 100K miles
- new water pump and fan belt replaced at 100K miles

I was told the 08 RX350 did not require a timing belt change like earlier models. I have an 08 RX350 now at 103k. The hose failed a few months back around 98k, so I had the water pump replaced with the hose at the same time. Thus, coolant was flushed at the same time. I just bought it used back in October and had it three weeks before the coolant / water pump hose failed. Now I'm getting the CEL, VCS, Skid control lights on. Took it to Advanced Auto Parts to have it diagnosed and it has a Code P0304- Missfire on cylinder #4. Looks like I may have to get that spark-plug change early if it turns out to be a coil or something.
Oh, yeah, the first thing I did was drain the transmission fluid and the transfer case (FWD model).

Thanks for all answers. From this weekend, I will start. First transfer case fluid and rear differential fluid change. Next week, transmission fluid and filter and then water tank and spark plugs. Do I need to replace the coil when replacing the plugs?

i would since your are there already changing out the rear 3 spark plugs. I wouldn’t change the front three coil unless they go bad, it is pretty easy according to my mechanic.
