Default 2004 RX 330 Security Issues

my husband disconnected the battery to change a fuse and now my car won't start, dash won't work, new alternator, new battery, fuses are good....it may be in immobilized mode? Helllppp! It is stuck in my garage, and can't even put it neutral to push it out! I know this may be a sensitive subject because of car thieves, so anyone can message me in private, as I need this car, it is my daily driver...

Did he check the 140 Amp alternator fuse in the fuse box under the hood?

Since he's been doing some electrical work under the hood, maybe that one popped. A pic of it is here:

This fuse is definitely blown, and we Finally got a replacement, that took some teeth pulling, now the old one seems impossible to get out, we found one bolt and unscrewed it, but boy is it jammed in there, and he found there are 2 bolts holding it in, and it finally popped out, so keep your fingers crossed! Thanks everyone, hopefully I won't have to ask about it again!

Why battery has to be disconnected to replace a fuse?
