Default Changed Differential Gear Oil

Changed on my wife’s 07 RX350 123,000 miles today. It had never been changed and was jet black. Replaced with Valvoline GL5 80w90 (no synthetics for me am old school). No sign of metal shavings. Like Lexus claim of “lifetime trans fluid” (which I did a drain and fill with Toyota WS last month which was also jet black). She took her car in every time a service was required and not once did they ever recommend changing fluid. I took over maintenance several years ago after so many ridiculous quotes she got from them. So far I have changed plugs, replaced R&P boots flushed PS fluid, regular oil changes every 3000 miles, fixed Nav and Radio issues, replaced all brake pads rotors were smooth and clean, really a pretty easy car to work on if one has the service manual. YMMV.

Any noticeable change in the way the car drives after the diff and transmission fluid change?

I did this too, both differential and transfer case. Noticed reduction in jerking of the car upon acceleration. Worth the time and effort.

I have a Lexus 2004 RX330 front wheel drive 107K miles no towing is it necessary to change the differential fluid?

AWD cars are the one with a transfer case and rear differential. Just follow your owner's manual for your FWD. In a front wheel drive (FWD) car, the differential is built into the transmission (or "transaxle".)

Seems smooth and quite. There were no issue before but being a car guy since i was 14 (66 now) I have always believed changing fluids at a regular interval is a great kindness to your car.
