I just installed one yesterday. It looks really good. Below are what I have:
1. 10.2 inch universal Android head unit
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10-1...311.0.0.WvZA2j
2. Dash kit
Amazon Amazon
3. Harness
Amazon Amazon

Installation is really easy and nothing else is needed. I do not have steering wheel controls but you may add if needed.

if you have factory Nav, you might need something like this:

it's mostly plug and play, although some people have found cheaper ways of connecting to the factory amp while keeping there NAV + Climate controls, you can search the forum.

I do have factory navigation, and used tyto-01 for all wire connections without any issues.

Edit
Below is the list of steps for entire installation:
1. Connect the universal harness of aftermarket radio (Android head unit) to TYTO-01 according to the instructions coming with TYTO-01.
2. Remove the original radio from RX
3. Place the resistor coming with dash kit into pin 9 and 10 of the 12-pin connector from RX.
4. Connect TYTO-01 harness to RX connector (20-pin)
5. Mount the aftermarket radio on RX.
The End.

It should be easy to add rear camera and steering wheel control to the system if needed.

Update:
- Installed rear camera with with Radar Parking Sensor. Works great!

.
- Installed steering wheel control without extra harness. All wheel keys work well (except Display)! I simply taped two SW key wires to pin 7 and 8 of the 20-pin connector for the original radio, and taped a Ground wire to pin 6. Initially I thought the Ground wire is unnecessary but actually keys won't work without the Ground wire.

Very happy with the new 10 inch android head unit on my RX400H.

Yves hi,
Can you tell me if the factory rear view camera works directly after instalation?
I have rx400 2008 with navi and mark lenvison and install android aftermarket multimedia (without TYTO-01) just with iso connectors that have on it...the results: the multimedia works just not have clima (i know abt resistor on 9-10 12pin connector), not have steering volume control and not have factory rear view camera on the main screen.
for the volume control one technician told me to connect from lexus second 20 pin adaptor the multimedia adaptor: red pin 6 to ground, green pin 7 to key 1 and violete pin 8 to key2... not tried yet but i ll do it to see if works, for the factory camera not found info what exactly need to connect and from which connector-adaptor... do you have some info to give me?
Regards

The way you described for 20-pin connector should work for steering wheel volume control. That's the way I connected my radio.
For climate control you need the resister that came with dash kit in my case.
Factory rear camera always works in my case. I have described how I installed the aftermarket radio exactly in my previous post, not more not less.
I had read online information about the factory radio. To keep using the factory amplifier I have to use TYTO-01. I went to this way and did not try anything else.

Smile finnally got it!!!

I installed finally an android multimedia 9 inch, that comes with iso toyota wires and can bus...me just put on 12 pin connector an 68ohm resistor between pin9-10 that i read here on the forum (this connector have only those two wires so it was easy to find out)
works normally clima and rear camera also works steering controls (just those need to make proper adjustments via can bus when you turn on the media)
