Default How do I get access to ECU?

I am trying to access the ECU on the RX 330. It's behind the glove compartment, but not sure how to get access to it.

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you need to remove it completely or just tap a few wires? If you need to tap, then removing just the glove box itself should allow good access, I did this while tapping the tachometer for my remote start. But if it needs to come out, you'll have to remove the lower dash, I recall it comes apart with a few screws and bolts once the bottom cover and kickpanel are out.

Thanks so much for the pictures of the removal!!!

Made it easy. I have mine out and the action of the screwdriver to remove the top three interfering connector housings is still somewhat of a mystery, but I got them out. Whether the screwdriver is pulled away from the connector or pushed back toward the connector, I am not sure, but you are correct about the slot you put the screwdriver in.
