The low pressure port is on the line that comes from the firewall and goes directly to the inlet of the A/C compressor. Very likely it is rubber half way, then metal the rest. On the A/C compressor, are 2 lines, one is high pressure, will go to condenser in front of radiator (looks like a skinny radiator), then to firewall, you want to trace the other one.

The low-pressure line is near the firewall (passenger side). It has a black cap that needs to be removed in order to access the connection.
1St photo shows the location and black cap
2nd photo shows the cap removed
3rd photo shows the High-pressure connection.

Thank you!
Narrowing it down to the passenger side near the firewall helps tremendously. It's my wife's car, so I will look when I get home.
I was led to believe it was between the battery and the engine and could not find it. This would explain why!
Thanks again!!

RX400h a/c low psi location
Low psi location is 10 inches below positive battery terminal next to the sight glass, not a good spot when engine is hot. Not well thought out when engineered. Got it done though and at least this post got me looking in the right area. Thanks
