Default ECU-B fuse killing my battery

For some reason when I took my 2004 RX 330 through the car wash the other day, the lights, air conditioning and dashboard didn't power down after I turned the engine off. While trying to figure out how to turn them off so my battery didn't die I found that pulling out the ECU-B fuse seemed to do the trick. The issue is I don't know how the permanently fix this and the lexus dealership close by has been nothing but garbage to deal with. Any thoughts on what might have happened or how to fix it? Thanks!

Do you know how your car usually powers down the electronics? Is it when the driver door is opened (after removing key) or 30/60/90 seconds after the car has been powered off?

It normally takes about 60-90 seconds for the lights and everything to completely shut off.

This is interesting, could be something wrong with the BECU (body ECU - explains the ECU-B fuse) or the key sense not working.
