Hey all!
I am a former Subaru Forester owner, and a couple of months ago I bought a Lexus RX300 (2005),
I don't liek the way its Tiptronic works, the S mode I mean. When a digit 5 is on the table, it has no difference from how it is at D mode, the transmission works between 1 and 5. If I put 3, all the way the transmission work betwen 1 and 3. I don't like it, I'd be happy if it didn't downshift and keep at what I see on the table, like Mitsubishi Evo's Sequental gearbox.
Is there a way to connect to RX's transmission controller and make changes?
