Default About to change my rear diff and CVT for first time

I have a 2007 rx400h

wanted to check.

WS for the CVT.....undo the fill port. Drain all you can....then refill till the fill port over flows. . Then a few thousand miles later do it again to get a fresher ratio of fluid

regarding the rear diff.......what fluid do I use. Same as above. Drain and fill till the fill port over flows.

Correct?

Same method for diff. Check manual for fluid,i.e. 75w90.

Is there a recommended diff fluid? One better than others?

How many miles are on your car? I have 145k on mine and the Previous owner never changed it, so I want to go ahead and hands them.
