How hard was it to take off all the panels? Did you break any fasteners?

30 bucks Canadian buys you a case of dozens of fasteners and a 6-piece interior removal tool kit from Amazon

I broke zero
Just carefully pull on the door panel and it will pop right off.

I had to remove mine three times because I had to go away once in between and I replaced the speaker foam a few days before.
