Door Panel Electronics Issues
Hello,
I just bought a 2008 Lexus RX 400h and I'm brand new to the forum. I think I'm doing this correctly, but bare with me if not.
The electronics in all doors have quit working including all power windows, power locks, and seat memory buttons. The first thing I checked was the fuses and they did not appear to be blown, but I replaced them anyway just in case and there has been no change.
Does anyone have any ideas on what this may be?
Thanks

I’m having the exact same problem. I removed my driver door panel to repair a tear in the armrest vinyl. I reinstalled the panel & everything worked. After about a week all the electronics in the door went dead. No windows, locks, or memory seat controls. Lmk if you find anything.

Made an account just to say a Big Thank you. My RX 400H stopped responding to any central locking controls and my passenger window was stuck half way down, thank goodness it wasnt raining. Strangely the car didnt start after filling up with petrol! I panicked and thought all the electrics had fried! Wonder if this was a safety mechanism. Checked the fuses and none seemed blown. Watched a couple of you tube videos also as I thought I had to open door panel, but it was just a simple matter of prying open the driver side master switch panel with a flat head and lo and behold, the electronic connector was completely disconnected. Plugged back in and all working again! Thank you all.
Lexus RX 400H 2005 model - 211,000 miles and still a pleasure to drive! What a great car.
