It's the sunroof drain - should be links documenting how to mitigate. Short version is to open sunroof and be sure the drain openings (both are on opposite sides of the corners facing forward). A piano or guitar string works well unless the clog is in the lower area and you'll need to access via the foot well.

Test it by dumping water on the roof drain and see if the water drains, the spout is actually located just below the front doors, you will see a small rubber tube. If there is no water coming out, the hose disconnected and the water is ending up in the cabin. See posts on "water in the cabin."
