Default Insulation heater pad behind the center console

I've been having a bad / rotten smell coming from the air vents lately. We were sure it was a dead mouse and it seemed to come from the passenger front top air vents. eventually i got round to pulling the front apart in the quest to get to the cause.

So I ....
- Removed the glove compartmnent
- Checked and replaced the cabin filter
- Cleaned all around that area of debris that had collected over the years
- Removed the bottom panel on the passenger side
- Started to remove the vents and voila!
- Found the dead mouse all curled up inside the white insulation pad that is between the firwall and the center console, this is where the transmission cable comes into the cabin (please correct me if i am wrong), it looked a heavy duty cable anyway.

So now i am faced with replacing this white insulation padding which was pretty much chewed up anyway. i searched everywhere unsuccessfully to get the part # or name of this part, can someone help?

Insulation pad that i am looking to replace ...

location of Insulation pad ..

It was behind this panel
