Default Possible 09 purchase..things to look out for?

hi everyone, i will be looking for another car. There’s a chance for me to get a 2009 rx350. Car has around 146000km (about 90500 miles)on the clock(belongs to a family member). No rust. Just oil changes and brakes done. Not sure about other fluids. Is there anything in particular to look out for on these model/years? Are they pretty reliable? Thanks
fab

Look out for blown head gaskets/smoke coming from exhaust. Check the mpg. That will give you a good idea of what shape the car is in. You should get 19 mpg average, 17 city, 22 highway.

On the 2004-2006 RX330, leaking radiator condenser lines and power steering pumps were a major issue. Other than that, 2nd Gen are very reliable.

I will Second that.. Pretty easy to see under the passenger side wheel-well toward the back. You should be able to see if there is any messy collected fluid leak on the frame by the boots and lines or if its really bad you will hear the pump with turning the wheel.

If they have taken it to Lexus for maintenance then go to https://www.lexus.com/maintenance and enter the vin # and pull the vehicle history. Great to have, especially for the timing belt change and other maintenance.

Over all Great Cars.. Enjoy
