I have a 2008 rx350 the will pump washer fluid to the back and to the headlamps but not to the windshield. I put 12v to the front pump and it works fine. From the owners manual it looks like there is only one fuse for all the pumps. i think there is a relay for the front that is bad but i am not sure where it is. If anyone has any info on this problem or knows where I can find a wiring diagram i would appreciate the help.

You are right, just 1 fuse for the washer circuit.
You have most likely a clogged up or pinched washer hose going to the windshield nozzles.
Even possible both clogged nozzles.
Trace your washer hoses and see where the restriction is.

Wish that was the case but the pump is not coming on so for now I have moved the front hose to the back pump and it will spray through the front hose just fine. I need to figure out why the front pump is not coming on.

So you used a 12v source to manually turn the pump on, right?
Try checking power on the pump connector.
If i remembered my Dad's 07 350, washer operation was controlled by ground so one wire should have constant power at the pump connector w/ the key ON. (I cant remember which one)
If you do have power, then the problem is in ground side.
Washer switch or wiper ecu (relay) granting that your wiring is intact.

Thanks for the suggestions but I have checked and there is no power to the connector. Any idea where the relay is located. I realy dont want to tear apart the steering column until I have found and checked the pump relay. Any idea where I can get a wiring diagram for the car?
Thanks
Thanks

You should have battery voltage on one of the wires going to the washer motor connector with the key in the ON position.
This wire is a straight shot from the 20amp washer fuse.
No power source, no worky worky.
