You are correct.
It was i who had my BANKS switched.
Disregard my previous comments and i will correct them.
BANK 2 AF sensor is what you should replace first.
Again my apologies.

Thanks man just wanted to confirm! I'm going to try cleaning it to see if that makes any difference then replace it if it fixes the problem. Thanks for your help!

Tried cleaning it and it didn't make a difference. It truly is stuck at 5V. I'm going to replace it and report back. Thanks for your help!

Just wanted to update that the B2S1 A/F sensor really was bad! Changed that out and no engine lights! The only thing left is the TPMS sensors as some how the computer lost all the programmed ID's! Thanks for your help everyone, especially @@Nad1370!
