2008 RX350 engine swap
Can anyone tell me if the none oil cooled motor work in the RX350 with oil cooler with little to no hassle? I'm seeing a significant difference in price for engines with the oil cooler compared to ones that are not. I can buy a low mileage RX350 that has been wreck .(hit from behind) for less than an engine withthe cooler. The wrecked car has no cooler. My car has a cooler. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Unless you are towing a lot.
Also it looks like you'll be missing the mounting bolt on the block for the cooler.
You'll also have to swap sub pans and water pipe inlets for the piping to work, probably more plus gaskets.
You can use a "U" shape hose in place of the coolant hoses that go to the oil cooler. <--- only if you want to uses the non oil cooler motor.
Dont know how much you are saving for the non oil cooled and the oil cooled motor.
Maybe someone else can chime in if they ran across this.
Or just get the same motor you need.
Check these out in the mean time.
