I am looking to buy a 2007-2009 RX 350. While looking at what's for sale in my area, I have noticed that there are two different nav screen sizes. One looks like a long rectangle (not very tall), and the other is more square-ish. On some cars, even though they have the smaller screen, they list Nav and Back Up Camera as some of the features. I am wondering how it's possible to have those features on a screen that shape, and that small? Can someone please explain how this works? To show what I'm talking about, here are photos of the two screen sizes I'm talking about. Thanks in advance!
The first picture is a non nav model. I would recommend you purchase that and install a modern aftermarket double din stereo with a backup camera and android auto or Apple car pay
Thanks! But what I'm wondering about, are those cars for sale that state that they do have nav and a backup camera, even with that small screen. There have been several. Looking at photos of those cars, I see nothing extra on the dash, or anywhere else that would indicate that there's another screen used for that purpose. I thought someone here would have an idea of how that could be possible. I did email one of the dealers about it, but instead of explaining, he just said the car had sold.
