Rx330 No interior lights. Sun roof has no power.
I have a 05 RX330 and have no power going to the sunroof and no dome or interior lights other than the cluster. I have tried the dim switch by turning it up, checked fuses. Where the heck is the relay for this or could it be something else. Any help please.

There is no relay. Did you check the 7.5 amp DOME fuse under the hood? it supplies power to the interior lights.
The sunroof does not use the DOME fuse. It gets its power from a 30 amp fuse that is also under the hood. The label is supposed to be S/ROOF but on my car there is no label, it is blank. ATTN: mistake here. The fuse under the dash in the same block that the dome light fuse is in.

Well. Fuses are good. Scratching my head. I might need to pull the radio to see about a unplugged harness or pinched wire. Maybe the prior owner had an after market system and forgot to put everything back right.

Its a faded WHITE colored fuse.
Same location as your other fuses under the hood.
Also check your fuses if you actually have power flowing to it. (KEY ON usually)
Not just pulling it out to check if its burnt.

I have this same problem on a 2004 RX330. No Map or upper entry lights, no function at all with the Sunroof switches and no Homelink function. Have checked fuses for continuity and power - also checked connector to Map Light assembly and found no voltage running thru it. Is there some function of the ECU that supplies voltage to this area? All lighting below this is working.

Agree- if you know for sure you have no power measured to a good ground for your lights etc. but have good fuses- please see below for the circuit that precedes the fuses..
